Billy Witherspoon is the General Manager of IMSCO Technical and has worked in the industrial sector since 1989. His experience spans steel mill maintenance, construction, conveyor and power transmission manufacturing, industrial distribution, and business unit leadership. Since joining Purvis Industries in 2007 through CAPCORP, he has moved from conveyor belting into his current operational role. Billy oversees daily IMSCO operations and works closely with service groups to deliver strong customer value. Known for his communication skills and broad industry knowledge, he drives continuous improvement across the organization.

Hunter George is the Field Service Operations Manager at IMSCO with 12 years of experience in heavy industrial and material handling environments, including seven years in the cement industry. His background covers equipment installation, maintenance, shutdown coordination, troubleshooting, and project management. At IMSCO, he oversees all field service technicians, project estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and billing. Hunter’s strong millwright and leadership skills help ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing field operations.

Rodney Wilhoite is a Project Manager with 25 years in the heavy industrial sector, specializing in cement industry maintenance and operations. He has extensive hands-on experience with kilns, roller mills, loadout systems, and major construction projects, supported by strong blueprint and engineering communication skills. At IMSCO, Rodney performs detailed site evaluations, provides on-site supervision, and oversees fabrication and shop projects. He is known for his thoroughness, steady leadership, and commitment to safe, high-quality project execution.

Josheph Kitchens is a Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, alignments, welding, and light fabrication. He also has experience consulting on plant operations to improve efficiency and reliability. At IMSCO, Josheph handles project estimation and field supervision, applying his strong mechanical background to deliver well-coordinated, effective maintenance and project solutions.

Mitchell Martin is a Regional Field Service Manager with seven years of conveyor belting experience and two years in service management. His background includes leading complex installations, resolving critical downtime issues, and supporting large industrial operations with safe, reliable service. At IMSCO, Mitchell manages scheduling, quoting, and coordination of field teams to ensure efficient, on-time project completion. He is recognized for his strong customer communication, strategic planning, and technical expertise in conveyor systems.

Sandra Goold is the Office Manager at IMSCO Technical Services. She supports daily operations through meeting scheduling, appointment coordination, travel arrangements, and new-employee onboarding. Sandra also manages financial processes such as purchase orders, invoice verification, and payroll approval. As the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, she handles calls, emails, and visitor reception. She is known for her strong organization, consistency, and ability to keep office operations running smoothly.

Victoria Rodriguez is an Administrative Assistant who supports IMSCO’s daily operations through accurate order processing, vendor invoice management, and employee time entry. Her experience includes maintaining detailed records, coordinating administrative workflows, and ensuring timely documentation for both field and office functions. At IMSCO, she processes customer purchase orders, verifies invoices, and manages timekeeping to help maintain payroll accuracy. Victoria is known for her organization, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.
